Colonial Behavioral Health works with women and their children to provide treatment services for the entire family as needed. We will work alongside your obstetrician and any other outpatient medical providers you have. CBH offers a range of services that support your recovery during pregnancy and while navigating new parenthood. Individual, Group, Peer Support, and Psychiatric Services can all be utilized to help meet your needs.
Services to include:
- Outpatient Substance Use Disorder group counseling for women with substance use disorders
- Counseling for relationship and parenting issues
- Admission into the Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP)
- Case Management services to assist in establishing eligibility for assistance programs, linkage to medical/prenatal care, and other community resources
- Referral to inpatient treatment through South-Eastern Family Project
The program also helps connect the child(ren) of the individual being served to appropriate services such as:
- Developmental assessments and treatment services
- Services that address the child's experience of abuse, neglect or trauma
- Case Management services link to pediatric care and immunizations, access funding for housing and other basic needs, as well as to help families meet additional needs of the child in their home and community
